Why is pbteen so expensive

Granted it was my mistake. I will try and get this reversed through my credit card company. What a hassle. I ordered the rush the field wall mural for my son for his birthday in October. I have yet to receive the item and hear anything from anyone. Every time I track my order the date is pushed farther and farther out. I order on Sept 23rd and my delivery date is now Dec 25th. I will never ordered from this place again. After waiting 3 months for my order.

I just received the PB Teen, Blaire tall dressers. Wow, I wish that I had done some homework beforehand. It is beyond cheap, horrible, disappointing quality - wow, unbelievable rip off. Worse than IKEA furniture quality This company is absolutely awful. I ordered a picture at the beginning of October and it shipped the wrong one.

I contacted them saying it was the wrong one and said they would send the correct one. Three months later, they claimed that the correct one already shipped. Now, they want us to ship the incorrect one back in order to receive the right picture. What a disaster of a store and terrible costumer service! We purchased two beds and two storage desks from PBteen. It took them over a month to deliver and during the time, the price of the beds changed several times from to We tried to call them and ask for a price change.

It took more than 30 minutes to speak to somebody. After the long talk, they just said this was something requires a manager to do it. Fine, you know what? There are 17 people ahead of me to talk to the manager.

It is just ridiculous. Will never order anything from them. I ordered a rather large piece of furniture.

The delivery was super quick and they even brought my furniture up to the second floor with care. It is exactly what I expected and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would definitely shop here again. Why in the world will the website show you have items in stocks and ready to buy if it's going to be backordered!?

Tip for consumers: I don't trust buying from here anymore. My first time buying with pottery barn teen and it was awful. Still waiting for my items. Product was good, didnt have a problem.

Ordered a book bag, was well made color was right. Granddaughter is enjoying it! April 12 th ordered a Bowden loft bed. Delivered April 25 broken.

Called and reordered broken pieces. Delivered may 16 wrong pieces. Now I can get a replacement but not until august. They need much better help. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered a Baldwin lounge furniture for my teen. Their marketing is beautiful, customer service is crappy and zero value. I now remember why I didn't order from them for so many years. Tip for consumers: don't order from their online catalog, if you want to order from them, make sure you go to the store and actually see what you get.

While in Ohio staying with my 97 year old mom, I order a lap desk for her which did not work out. So now, I will need to somehow get back to Ohio from North Carolina to get it while Corona Virus restrictions are still in place. Any other company would have sucked up their mistake and just refunded my money and said don't bother to return the second one.

I ordered a school backpack for my daughter back July 4th they said will have it delivered in 2 weeks after that time has gone they sent me an email saying backordered between August 19thrd. Then they sent me another email saying it's arriving August 16th nothing was delivered yesterday. You request to speak with a manager they put u on hold for an hour with no avail. Very dissapointed that my daughter started her school with her old backpack.

Oddly, my initial thought was the fabric purchased by my Mom which she had thought would make lovely curtains for her great room.

She did not make the curtains, but rather a wedding dress with a ruffled cape for me. The fabric is an ivory Chinese silk georgette, so it is crisp with a full body, and does not hang at all like chiffon.

On it are attached three dimensional flowers in a spaced but all over motif. I'm going to go and get some of the extra fabric right now.. It would make some lovely photos and scans too.

I will send you images if you wish. The silk is old, and would cost a fortune now even if it could be located. There are so many possibilities; c'est ne pas grave. As to the fabric which I see festooned above you in that lovely photo thanks; you look so elegant , has it a transparent quality, or is it more opaque in nature?

If it is the latter, you may still be able to use it in this room, perhaps on the same wall as the door, so that it would not be evident until you were to turn around, when in the room, like a surprise, as it were.

It may be longer than you may think is necessary but I would not cut it. As an art student we were taught the credo that "less is more".

One of my lovely former students with a kind disposition and fabulous sense of humor remarked that this is obviously not true," more is more, and less is less", and wondered why this was not self-evident.

In this instance Paul is correct I believe; I would festoon that fabric and illuminate it with tiny lights, even were it to "puddle" itself onto the floor. Nor is their any reason why you could not create some kind of armature above the door, if space permits, as a reference to an interior portico, or canopy. Just have fun and loop it around, even to the corners, and use the entire height of the room if you can.

The beautiful bed is already too tall to allow a generous swath of fabric hung from a central point, in the ceiling. Fortunately, that treatment is most used when there is no actual structure, which you have in this classicly structured piece.

It would be redundant, superfluous and unnecessary a little joke for you to" gild that lily. A were correct in this instance: for this bed, "less is more. This idea was already in your mind before I even saw the post; the kismet of serendipity strikes like lightening, with an unrecognized cadence. Bronze was invented at the same time in two different locations, a fact I find worth pondering.

The photos I attached were actually studies of old mirrors which I left outside to weather, presented in a formal repeated photo-montage structure I use as a "given" or default setting. The mirrors generate their own fractal pattern, causing the illusion of the reflection to also fracture, because the silver applied to the back of the glass corrodes from water and freezing and subsequently flakes away revealing a truly authentic "crackle" or more properly branching fractal pattern.
